Update Freebsd Ports Using Portsnap

1. portsnap fetch
2. portsnap update # run portsnap extract if this is the first time if this is your first time you probably need to install portsnap as before starting
3. Utilize portupgrade now to install ports
4. cd /usr/ports/sysutils/portupgrade make install clean
5. portupgrade -ai to update all interactively... refer to man pages for further details
